This is your sign to make CRUMPETS! From scratch #shorts [Video]

This is your sign not only to make crumpets, but to make something that reminds you of home 🏠 It took me a while to figure out the best proportions so I hope you enjoy this recipe ! 🌸 ingredients 🌸 150g white bread flour 150ml water 100ml soy milk (you can just use 250ml of water if you don’t want to use milk) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp quick yeast 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 🪴 Method 🪴 Measure the liquid and warm (do not boil). Add the flour, salt and water 59 a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly. Then add the yeast, sugar and baking powder and again mix thoroughly. Cover and set in a warm place for 15 minutes. Heat up a pan and add oil or vegan butter. Grease some small baking tins or cookie cutters and place in the pan. Ladle mixture into the pan, not too much, not too little. Allow to cook on medium heat. The bottom should become darker and crispy, and the top should almost be completely cooked before flipping them over for a few seconds to brown on the top. I like to either eat them fresh or let me them cool and toast them! Let me know if you try them! 🌸🪴👩🏻‍🍳

NIM Insights Lunch – Conscious Consumption – More Using, Less Shopping [Video]

In this NIM Insights Lunch, the guest editor of our latest issue of the NIM Marketing Intelligence Review “Conscious Consumption” Daiane Scaraboto, Professor of Marketing at Melbourne University in Australia, presented key insights from the new issue. Daiane explained during the Insights Lunch that it is high time that we rethink consumption in the sense that consumption means USE, NOT BUY.Climate change and the scarcity of resources are making it increasingly clear that things cannot go on like this. More and more consumers feel that they have a responsibility when making purchasing decisions, and the pressure on companies to act more sustainably is increasing.

3 Ways to reuse stale bread 🌿 #shorts [Video]

Here are 3 ways to reuse stale bread to prevent food waste and create delicious meals. I like to blitz it to make bread crumbs and put in the freezer.
